There will be new negociations between banks and trade unions about an improvement of the information given on joint industrial councils.The secretary of finances at LBC-NVK, Stefaan Decock, says that it is necessary for the banks to communicate about these economical en financial information in order to prevent a situation as we saw during the economical crises.
Trade unions are claiming that information about the 'off balance products' is also required because the information that was given in the past didn't discribe the correct venture image.
As a result of theeconomical crises, more discharges are expected, so there will also be new measures about individuel discharge.
